Sergio Agüero is off to a flying start this season, as he’s scored five goals in as many games.
The Argentinian has also provided an assist and hit the woodwork three times in a stunning start to the new season.
Agüero has claimed his recent knee operation has allowed him to play free of pain for the first time in several years, and the results on the field have certainly shown there may be proof to those claims.
After being stuck on 199 City goals for several months, Agüero netted his 200th in Manchester City’s Community Shield victory at the beginning of the season.
Agüero has 146 Premier League goals and needs 12 more goals to draw level with Tom Johnson and Eric Brook and 13 to top Manchester City’s all-time PL goal-scoring list.
If Agüero can score another 29 Premier League goals this season, he will move into the top five all-time goal-scorers in Premier League history by drawing level with Thierry Henry on 175.
Two more Premier League hat-tricks would see him draw level with Alan Shearer’s 11.
Kun needs just three more appearances to complete 300 games for the Blues.
