Alejandro Garnacho replaces Jadon Sancho in Man Utd 2-1 Barcelona

Alejandro Garnacho trolls Pedri and Barcelona after match

Alejandro Garnacho was substituted onto the pitch in the 67th minute as he replaced Jadon Sancho.

The 18-year-old played a key role in Antony's winner.

After the match, Garnacho decided to troll Pedri.

Pedri did not feature in the match due to injury but, after United dumped Barcelona out of the Europa League, Garnacho decided to do the Spaniard's celebration.

Garnacho wasn't done there.

The youngster then took to social media to post an image of the celebration, alongside the caption: 'The big team passes the round'.

Who knew Garnacho was such a savage?!

Garnacho was born in Madrid and spent time at Getafe and Atletico Madrid before joining United.

It's clear he doesn't have the highest opinion of the Catalan giants...

Erik ten Hag praises Garnacho after Man Utd 2-1 Barcelona

Erik ten Hag was full of praise for Garnacho, as well as his whole team, after their victory against Barcelona.

Asked whether it was his biggest win as United manager, the Dutchman replied, per football365: “Barcelona are the leader of La Liga – eight points ahead of Real Madrid. We have seen what Real Madrid did this week [against Liverpool]. I think it’s a big win yes that we beat them.

“One part of our game plan is that we can bring Antony and [Alejandro] Garnacho and open the wide areas you can get speed and running in behind and dribbles.

“They are both so brave, they don’t fear anyone, they just take players on and I think that gives a boost to the whole team.

“I think we have some great personalities in the team like Rafa [Varane] and [Lisandro] Martinez, they don’t fear anyone. We have some players here with great personalities and if and when you get set-backs they move on.

“They carry on, they are resilient, they want to get a result. If you believe in that even after you’ve conceded a cheap penalty, you carry on. When you win a big game like this after being 1-0 down this is a good indication of the season.”

United will find out their opponents for the last 16 of the Europa League when the draw takes place on Friday morning.
