Ajax sign Ecuadorian midfielder Patrickson Delgado on loan

Ajax have made an agreement with Ecuadorian outfit Independiente del Valle over the signing of midfielder Patrickson Delgado.

The 18-year-old will join Ajax immediately and remain in Amsterdam on loan for the next 18 months.

The player was part of the Ecuadorian team that played at the U-17 World Cup in Brazil in 2019.

Delgado, who will initially link up with Jong Ajax, arrives with an option to buy at the end of the loan.
