AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli is delighted with the progress of Theo Hernandez.
The fullback paid tribute to Pioli in an interview last week.
The coach replied, stating: “I think it's part of the coach's job to make young players grow and they need to be followed and advised.
“One of my responsibilities is to make my players express themselves to the maximum.
"It's a relationship of give and take, giving everything for the team and getting great results."
