Now, a new report from CityXtra Português on X indicates that a decision on Ederson’s future will be made after the Club World Cup.

Manchester City’s number-one keeper expressed his willingness to leave City this summer if the right opportunity arose.

Diogo Costa is a proven commodity as a goalkeeper. He has been Portugal’s number-one keeper for some time now. He also played at a high level for FC Porto during his career. He would fit the bill as a quality replacement for Ederson. Manchester City’s move for Diogo Costa is dependent on Ederson’s decision.
