Ipswich Town will be looking to continue their strong recent form this weekend as they travel to Hillsborough to take on Sheffield Wednesday in Sky Bet League One.

The Tractor Boys fought well last time out to achieve a 2-0 victory away at AFC Wimbledon and will now be looking to repeat the trick on Saturday as they head out on the road again.

Another win away from home for Kieran McKenna’s side could see them close the gap on the play-off places to just two points if other results across the division go their way this coming weekend.

They take on a Sheffield Wednesday side that are looking to get back to winning ways after losing against Oxford United 3-2 last time out.

Christian Walton will once again be looking to keep a clean sheet for his side, having now signed for the Tractor Boys on a permanent basis from Brighton & Hove Albion.

George Edmundson, Luke Woolfenden and Janoi Donacien will form the back three that worked so well in the victory over Wimbledon.

Wes Burns will be looking to add further to his impressive goal tally this season from the right wing back berth, whilst new loan signing Dominic Thompson should come in at left wing back for the suspended Kane Vincent-Young, after the former arrived from Brentford yesterday.

In midfield Tom Carroll and Tyreeq Bakinson will continue to work on their newly developed partnership, whilst Sone Aluko should again get the nod as the number 10 behind the front two.

Conor Chaplin should come in alongside James Norwood up top, with McKenna having an embarrassment of riches at his disposal when it comes to striking options at Portman Road.
