Milan signed 10 players this summer and had a ton of exist as they revolutionized the squad.
“There won’t be a total revolution”, said CEO Giorgio Furlani before the start of the transfer market. And now that we’re at its end it’s safe to say that he absolutely lied.
After a horrible season in which Milan missed out on the Champions League, the Rossoneri got a new Director of Sport – Igli Tare – who directed his first mercato, and it was an incredibly busy one – especially in terms of sales and exits.
There are 10 new faces at Milan – the most famous one is definitely Luka Modrić, who arrived after finishing an incredible time at Real Madrid. The Rossoneri got a new midfield, with Samuele Riccci, Ardon Jashari and Adrien Rabiot all coming to give more option for Allegri. In attack, a single signing was one as Christopher Nkunku came from Chelsea on a permanent transfer.

A lot of players left Milan in this summer, most notably Theo Hernández and Tijjani Reijnders. Milan didn’t continue with any of the players they had on loan, while Malick Thiaw, Yunus Musah and Samuel Chukwueze who featured prominently last season are also out of the squad among others.
