Real Madrid fans brought Inter scarves and banners to their training ground on Wednesday morning to thank Inter for eliminating Barcelona from the Champions League.

Real Madrid fans are delighted that Inter eliminated their domestic rivals, Barcelona, from the Champions League and thanked the Nerazzurri with scarves and banners at the Merengues’ training ground this morning.

An Instagram video posted by El Chiringuito showed the banners exposed by Real Madrid supporters at the team’s training ground, Valdebebas.

The connection between Madrid and Inter was also very much alive on the Italians’ side, as the Nerazzurri celebrated their win on social media by mentioning a classic Merengues quote.
