Today was the first day of training in Valles-Rio Pusteria. The team did a double session at the local sports centre of our tour destination. In the morning, the Rossoblù did some work in the gym and out on the pitch. In the afternoon, they worked on technical and tactical exercises and also played a little match on a small-sized pitch.
Thijs Dallinga, Jens Odgaard and Martin Erlic continued their physio with independent exercises.
