An insight into the immediate plans of Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti when it comes to his goalkeeper dilemma has today been forthcoming online.

And the info points towards Ancelotti preparing something of an unusual strategy…

Real, of course, will turn attentions back towards matters on the domestic front this weekend.

Sandwiched between the club’s two Champions League semi-final meetings with Bayern Munich, Los Blancos will play host to La Liga relegation-battlers Cádiz.

Heavy rotation is expected in the capital giants’ ranks, with the Spanish top-flight title all but wrapped up.

And the spot between the posts will prove no exception.

As per a report from Marca, Andriy Lunin, as expected, will be dropped to the bench at the Santiago Bernabéu on Saturday afternoon.

And stepping in in his place will be the other two shot-stoppers in Carlo Ancelotti’s squad.

The returning Thibaut Courtois, in his first appearance of the campaign following a lengthy injury layoff, will be afforded 45 minutes against Cádiz.

And playing the other 45 will be on-loan Chelsea man Kepa Arrizabalaga.
