Real Madrid are always alert to young talents coming up across the globe.
In recent times, Los Blancos have not been shy about splashing the cash on wonderkids with quality and potential – as seen by their signings of Jude Bellingham, Endrick, Arda Guler, and more recently Franco Mastantuono.
As such, it does not come as a surprise to see Real Madrid get mentioned as a possible interested party each time a budding talent starts to make waves.
In that regard, Fichajes reports that Jeremy Monga, a winger aged just 16, has started to capture the interest of Real Madrid as well as their arch-rivals FC Barcelona.
The teenage prodigy plays for Leicester City in the EFL Championship and has been in the headlines this weekend after scoring a goal in their defeat to Preston North End on Saturday.

Last season, at just 15 years old, Monga became the second youngest player to debut in Premier League history.
Reports on the left-winger have been circulating for months at Real Madrid as well as Barcelona. Both clubs had already sent scouts to monitor him in Leicester City’s youth matches, but his leap to the first team has accelerated the process.
The plan for both Real Madrid and Barcelona is clear: convince the player’s entourage as soon as possible and guarantee him a pathway that would allow him to move to Spain once he turns 18 years old.
Leicester City see Monga not only as an important player for the present but also as a key figure for the future.
They are aware, however, that interest from clubs of the calibre of Real Madrid and Barcelona could translate into a multi-million offer that would be difficult to refuse.
