Aston Villa forward Jacob Ramsey is a primary summer target for Nottingham Forest, while Everton and West Ham United retain an interest in him, according to the Telegraph.
The City Ground club want to bolster their attack after selling Anthony Elanga to Newcastle United, and the Villa star has caught their attention.
However, Everton and West Ham are also in the running, although they are unable to offer Ramsey the chance to play in the Europa League.
They could lose Morgan Gibbs-White to Tottenham Hotspur, and manager Nuno Espirito Santo views the Villa star as a player capable of playing across their front line.
Villa are not looking to lose important players this summer, having qualified for the Europa League themselves, but a £30 million bid could tempt them.
Selling Ramsey would also represent pure profit for the Villans as he is an academy graduate, but they do not need to sell players to comply with Profit & Sustainability Rules.
Ramsey featured in 46 games across all competitions last term, weighing in with four goals and seven assists, and manager Unai Emery would love to hold on to him.
He started 25 of those games, but missed out when England manager Thomas Tuchel unveiled his first squad in March.
The German name-checked him, and he remains on his radar ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
It is unclear whether a move elsewhere would appeal to Ramsey, but Forest are keen on signing him and a move could be on the cards in the coming weeks.
