And it features one altogether noteworthy change, in the middle of the park.

Aurélien Tchouaméni has been restored to his natural berth at the base of midfield, with Eduardo Camavinga dropping out as a result.

Elsewhere, Nacho maintains his spot at the heart of defence, alongside Antonio Rüdiger.

Lucas Vázquez, meanwhile, is rewarded for his recent brilliance in Real’s El Clásico downing of Barcelona, with a starting berth at right-back.

This comes with the first-choice Dani Carvajal suspended owing to an accumulation of yellow cards.

Elsewhere, Ferland Mendy is also back in on the left of Carlo Ancelotti’s backline, after sitting out against Real Sociedad over the weekend.

And the remainder of Real’s line-up is rounded out by Andriy Lunin, Federico Valverde, Toni Kroos, Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo, and Vinícius Jr.
