MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup continues with Curaçao and Canada facing off in Group B on Saturday at Shell Energy Stadium in Houston, Texas.

The two sides are no strangers to each other in recent years. They’ve met three times in total, twice in official competition and once in a friendly, with Canada emerging victorious on every
occasion.
Curaçao in search of first win in 2025 edition
Curaçao secured a point in its first match with a nil-nil draw against El Salvador.
Currently making its third appearance in the tournament, the Caribbean nation will seek to match or better its best finish in the tournament, when it reached the Quarterfinals in the 2019 edition.
Canada out to build on stellar start
Canada won its opening match 6-nil against Honduras, marking their largest margin of victory against the Central American side in any competition.
Tajon Buchanan scored a brace, his first in a Gold Cup, while Niko Sigur, Tani Oluwaseyi, Promise David and Nathan Saliba each scored once.
Promise David became the third Canadian player to score in his Gold Cup debut after coming off the bench, and the oldest to do so at 23 years, 11 months, and 14 days.
The Reds will be in search of another victory to inch closer to the Knockout Stage.
