The Paris Saint-Germain forward gave an insight into his life and career in an interview with the LFP.

1ST GOAL

'My first goal in Ligue 1 was at home to Lens. It was a nice one, I really wanted to open my account and for me it was also a sense of lifting a weight off as I wanted to score for the club. It's a moment I'll always remember. It was a very good feeling and my family were in the stands, and I was able to dedicate the goal to them. I got the ball outside the penalty box and I made a nice shot. It was a beautiful goal. And the fans chanted my name, that's something I'll never forget.'

1st day in paris

'On my first day at PSG, I got to know the people working at the club, the facilities and met my teammates. It was a little bit of all of the structure of the club and I wanted to really get to know everyone, to be able to settle in as quickly as possible and it was really easy to work with everyone. It was a nice moment, special and new. For me it was great.'

1ST MATCH

“My first match with PSG was at the Parc des Princes in front of our fans. I felt really good, I felt very much at ease, and we were able to win which was a very good start for me and I was very happy with this match.”

HIS 1ST ASSIST

“I think it was against Olympique Lyonnais. It was a long pass for Mbappé, who scored the goal. We played really well. I also have a good memory of that moment, because it was against a good opponent, and we really put in a great performance.”

HIS FIRST VISIT

“My first visit to Paris was to the centre, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. Paris is a spectacular city. It’s a really nice city, the people have welcomed me warmly. I’m delighted to be here in Paris and live in this city.”
