Guehi, who has two years remaining on his current contract, has been a key figure for Palace.

His solid performances have not gone unnoticed, and United are reportedly ready to make a move.

Palace are said to value him at around £60 million.

Known for his composure, strong tackling, and aerial prowess, the 23 year old could provide the stability and defensive solidity that United have been seeking.

In anticipation of losing some of their top talents, Palace are already taking steps to secure replacements.

The London club has reportedly submitted an £11.9 million offer for Chadi Riad, a promising Moroccan centre-back.

Riad, who spent the season on loan at Real Betis, has impressed with his performances and comes highly recommended after developing in Barcelona’s esteemed academy.

The departure of Raphael Varane leaves a gaping hole in United’s defence.

It is imperative for them to buy a viable replacement for the Frenchman.

Irrespective of the managerial situation, a player like Guehi would benefit the team in all aspects of the game.
