Intermediary Vincenzo Morabito warns Manchester United have put themselves in a terrible negotiating position with Napoli for Jadon Sancho. ‘They cannot ask for €25m.’
The Partenopei are seeking another Premier League bargain from Old Trafford after picking up Scott McTominay and turning him into the best player in Serie A on their way to the Scudetto.
Although there are quite a few different attacking wingers on their wish list, the most recent mentioned was Sancho, who just returned to base after his Chelsea loan experience.

While it will be a difficult deal to get over the line, above all due to the cost of his salary, agent and busy intermediary Morabito warns Napoli have an advantage.
“Ruben Amorim has made it very clear he does not want Sancho or Marcus Rashford in pre-season training,” Morabito told Radio CRC.
“Manchester United are going to have to lower their expectations for Sancho, because they cannot ask for €25m for a player who has one year left on his contract and earns €18m per season wages.
“This operation is feasible, but we need to see how tough Manchester United can be holding out here, because Sancho is a good player and did pretty well at Chelsea. Cristiano Giuntoli wanted to bring him to Juventus last year, but then it didn’t go through.”

The 25-year-old England international joined Chelsea last summer on loan for €5.9m with an obligation to buy, meaning they had to pay a penalty of a further €5m to get out of that agreement.
His contract with Manchester United only runs to June 2026.
The Premier League fallen giants paid €85m to buy Sancho from Borussia Dortmund in 2021.
