London City Lionesses have announced the news that they will play their home fixtures at Bromley FC’s Hayes Lane in the 2024/2025 season.

The Pride revealed their ground move in an official club media session in London this afternoon.

The 5,000-capacity stadium at Hayes Lane is an excellent facility which has been redeveloped over a number of years. This summer will see the installation of a world-class hybrid-stitched pitch in preparation for both EFL and Barclays Women’s Championship football next season. The move will bring London City Lionesses’ five-year spell playing at Dartford FC’s Princes Park to an end.

It is hoped that the move to Bromley will improve the fan experience, help London City Lionesses grow their fanbase and provide the players with better matchday facilities.

Speaking following the announcement, London City Lionesses owner, Michele Kang said “I am committed to providing the best playing and training environments for London City, and am delighted to announce a new stadium-sharing agreement with Men’s EFL League Two side Bromley FC,  which will see us play all of our home games this season at Hayes Lane.

“This will give London City a rightful home in London, in the London Borough of Bromley.”

In other news, London City Lionesses have also confirmed the purchase of their own training ground. The club plan to convert the 23-acre site into a bespoke training facility. The move is another ambitious step in owner Kang’s long-term vision for the club.
