It has already been confirmed that Randal Kolo Muani (26) will remain with Juventus for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup, and there is also now optimism that the Frenchman’s stay will be extended even further.
Kolo Muani, speaking while on international duty with France, expressed a desire to remain with the club. Speaking in a mixed zone interview, Kolo Muani confirmed that he would remain with Juventus for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup. He then expressed his long-term wishes. “I hope to continue there (Juventus). I am very happy at Juventus. They welcomed me well and I am enjoying myself. I am happy to have played a bit again, for club and for country,” said the Frenchman.
The France international netted eight goals in 19 matches for Juventus and has also convinced the club that they should retain him. Speaking at his unveiling as the new CEO, Damien Comolli, the former Toulouse FC man expressed optimism about retaining the forward.
“Regarding a loan for the 2025/26 season, we haven’t yet reached an agreement with PSG, but I am quite optimistic, even if you can’t use the word optimistic too much in football. PSG haven’t shut the door and Kolo Muani wants to stay with us,” said Comolli.
The former FC Nantes and Eintracht Frankfurt forward does not figure in PSG’s plans going forward, and so they are looking to offload him this summer. In any deal, they are hoping to include a realistic buy option.
