Spurs out to build on positive result as Bees eye statement win
Tottenham travel to Brentford looking to stop their slide down the Premier League and pull away from the relegation zone.
Spurs are just seven points above the bottom three after four straight defeats and are in real danger of being sucked into a relegation battle.
Ange Postecoglou is under growing pressure but his side face a tough test against a Brentford side who have a brilliant home record at the Gtech Community Stadium this season.
Spurs have a big week coming up, with the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final against Liverpool at Anfield on Thursday and then an FA Cup fourth-round tie at Aston Villa next Sunday.
But they desperately need a positive result to halt the rot in the Premier League.
