A number of AC Milan players drew criticism for their performance during yesterday’s 3-3 draw against Genoa at San Siro after a defensive shambles again.

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below) has their ratings from the game, starting with the team’s overall performance and Stefano Pioli’s management of the game, both of which were given a 5.5 out of 10.

The best player on the pitch for the Rossoneri was Christian Pulisic as he was at the heart of a lot of what was created. He scored a 7, while Fikayo Tomori was the worst as he gave away a penalty and generally looked erratic, getting a 4.5.

Alessandro Florenzi was praised for the goal he scored as he got a 7, while Samuel Chukwueze and Noah Okafor – who came off the bench – were both given a 6.5.

Marco Sportiello was given a 6 as he could do little about the goals that were conceded. Matteo Gabbia and Tijjani Reijnders got the same, as did Olivier Giroud who missed a big chance but then made up for it with a volley.

Theo Hernandez and Ismael Bennacer both struggled and were scored a 5.5, as was Malick Thiaw, while Rafael Leao left the field to jeers and got half a point less.
