Cody Gakpo has signed a new long-term contract with Liverpool after making 131 appearances for the club.
The Dutch forward made the move to Anfield midway through the 2022/23 season after signing for an initial £35 million from PSV.
Since then Gakpo has helped the team to a League Cup win in the 2023/24 season as well as being a part of last season's Premier League-winning campaign.
"It feels amazing to extend the contract here at this beautiful club," the 26-year-old was quoted by the club's in-house media.
"I’m very grateful and hopefully I can give back many more beautiful moments.
"I feel at home, my family feels at home and that’s also a big decision always. They feel good. I’m very happy at the club, a good group, good teammates, so the life around the football itself is very good and I enjoy every moment of it. I’m very grateful that I can extend."
Gakpo began his Premier League campaign scoring against Bournemouth before making two assists against Newcastle United last time out.
