Brahim Diaz has had a stop-start campaign thus far at Real Madrid, having spent a good chunk of the season out on the treatment tables due to injury.

The 25-year-old, though, showcased his quality last night when he bagged a brace for the Moroccan national team, making a case for greater involvement in Carlo Ancelotti’s plans.

AC Milan keen again

However, according to Gazzetta dello Sport in Italy, Serie A giants AC Milan are weighing up a possible move for the 25-year-old Brahim Diaz in January.

The Rossoneri are very familiar with Brahim, having had him at the club twice already on loan, first in the 2020/21 season and later for two years between 2021 and 2023.

Brahim has fond memories from his time at the club and Milan too admire him and are now considering making a swoop for him in January given his situation at Real Madrid.

After all, with the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Jr., Rodrygo Goes, and Jude Bellingham ahead of him, Brahim has to make do with minutes off the bench more often than not.

However, what is clear is that neither Brahim nor Real Madrid would be willing to accept another loan deal like they did in the past.

At 25 years old, the Moroccan international, if he does open the doors for an exit from the Santiago Bernabeu, is keen on finding a club where he can achieve stability, settle and flourish.

As such, discussions could take place between all parties over a possible operation in the January transfer window, although Real Madrid might be reluctant to sell given their injury problems this season.
