Arsenal released academy goalkeeper Hubert Graczyk in the summer of 2024, but the player didn’t have to wait long to find a new club, with Manchester United snapping him up.
Though Graczyk never made a senior appearance for United, he did play for the u21s a few times, and he made the first-team bench on four occasions.
The 22-year-old also travelled with the senior squad as the third-choice goalkeeper for United’s FA Cup match at the Emirates Stadium back in January.
But after a year in Manchester, Graczyk found himself back on the market after United confirmed they were releasing him in June.

As it stands, the former England u18 and Poland u19 international is yet to find a new club.
The goalkeeper took part in a PFA-organised friendly on Tuesday, playing for a team of free agents against the Brighton and Hove Albion u21s and making a nice save.

Another former Gunner in Tyreece John-Jules also took part in the clash, having been released by Crawley Town earlier in the summer.
John-Jules made 27 appearances for Crawley and managed to stay fit, after a number of injury problems in previous campaigns. But after spending much of the 2024/25 campaign making substitute appearances, John-Jules will be on the lookout for a club where he can be a starter.
Arsenal fans will wish both players the best of luck with their next moves, and the hope is that this friendly will help them to secure those transfers.
