There has been yet another source who is claiming that Chelsea would actually sell a regular first team starter thus summer.
Chelsea beat Los Angeles FC 2-0 in their Club World Cup opening group game on Monday night in what was a very strange and subdued atmosphere in front of just 22,000 people in a huge stadium.
It was far from vintage Chelsea but in the end they just got the job done and three points on the board to set them up for a good starts.
The goals came from a lovely Nicolas Jackson assist to Pedro Neto to finish in the first half. And then new signing Liam Delap also provided a superb assist for Enzo Fernandez to run into the box and tap in to score.
The Guardian are reporting that discussions have continued between Chelsea and West Ham for Mohammed Kudus, but there has not been a formal bid. Chelsea have proposed including players in any transfer but West Ham want a straight sale.
Kudus would be a decent and more experienced option for Chelsea to add to their squad and he brings quality as well as versatility. He wouldn’t be cheap though.

With all these new attackers continuously linked with Chelsea, there is more and more chance that Noni Madueke is sold by the club, with more and more sources suggesting this could happen.
The Guardian are the latest of many sources and outlets who are reporting that Chelsea will listen to suitable offers for Noni Madueke this summer.
You really get a sense that he may well be on his way out the door at Stamford Bridge in the current transfer market.
