Earlier this week, Real Madrid presented Xabi Alonso as their new manager, taking over from Carlo Ancelotti who is now the head coach of the Brazilian national team.
The 43-year-old former midfielder returns to the club where he tasted a lot of success as a player and will be hoping to take the team to greater heights.
Alonso has brought his own staff with him to Real Madrid, with Sebastian Parrilla, Alberto Encinas, Benat Labaien, and Ismael Camenforte-Lopez joining him at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Now, according to journalist Mario Cortegana, Xabi Alonso is set to make another addition to his staff but this one will come from within the club.
Indeed, Alonso is set to bring in Tristan Celador as an analyst with a focus on individualised work, following the recommendation of assistant coach Sebas Parrilla.

Celador, 54, has been at Real Madrid for more than 20 years in some coaching capacity with youth teams and has also served as an international scout in the past.
A trusted hand within Valdebebas, this past season, he was the assistant coach for the Real Madrid Femenino side.
Now, Alonso will bring Celador into the fold as part of the first-team backroom staff in the analyst role, as he begins his journey at Real Madrid.
Alonso will begin his duties from Monday with his first challenge being the FIFA Club World Cup set to begin in two weeks in the USA.
