The 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations gets underway on Saturday, July 5 in Morocco, with the opening match featuring the Atlas Lionesses against Zambia's Copper Queens at the Rabat Olympic Stadium. Twelve teams, three groups, with matches spread across six stadiums throughout the country.
The 12 qualified nations have been drawn into three groups of four. Group A features hosts Morocco, Zambia, Senegal, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Group B brings together Nigeria—record holders with 11 titles—Tunisia, Algeria, and Botswana. Finally, Group C sees reigning champions South Africa face off against Ghana, Mali, and Tanzania.
