Fresh confirmation of the player set to be afforded the legendary no.10 jersey at La Liga giants Barcelona this summer has been forthcoming online.

The info comes courtesy of Mundo Deportivo, and points towards Lamine Yamal as the Blaugrana star in question.

The 10 shirt is of course set to become available in Catalunya’s capital any day now.

As much comes with Ansu Fati – the jersey’s current owner – all set to take his talents to France with AS Monaco.

Chatter surrounding the 22-year-old’s successor, in turn, has long been rampant in the media.

One name, though, has been pushed above all others, in the form of the aforementioned Lamine Yamal.

Considered the future of Barcelona following a staggering season at just 17 years of age in 2024/25, wide-man Lamine is ready to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Diego Maradona and Lionel Messi.
