England teammates Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham faced each other off in a riveting encounter at Allianz Arena last night.
The two ultimately played out a 2-2 draw, with Kane notably scoring in the second half to hand Bayern Munich a momentary lead.
Just as Kane was about to take the penalty, though, his England teammate Jude Bellingham tried to distract the Bayern Munich forward.
The exact conversation between the two has been revealed by Talksport, which suggests the Real Madrid midfielder had asked Kane, “You going to kick it to the left?”
Bellingham’s message to Kane was an attempt to let him know that Real Madrid had done their homework on him.

However, Kane revealed after the game that he could not even hear what Bellingham had told him just as he was about to take the penalty.
The Englishman was apparently ‘in the zone’ and was not able to hear Bellingham due to the noise at Allianz Arena.
“To be honest I don’t know what he was saying. He was mumbling. I’d have to ask him what he said. Once I’m in that moment I’m in that zone and I block everything out but I’m sure he was saying something to try and put me off! Thankfully it was okay for me,” Kane clarified.
CBS Sports suggests Kane spoke to Bellingham in the dressing room after the game and asked him what he had said during the penalty.
While Bellingham’s distraction efforts quite clearly went in vain, the Real Madrid superstar will have another shot at his England teammate when these two teams collide in the second leg next week.
