Norway closed out the group stage of UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 with maximum points, as their 4-3 victory over Iceland saw them top Group A and condemn their opponents to last place. Juventus' Mathilde Harviken started the match and was replaced at half-time, with Norway already 2-1 up and keeping the quarter-finals in mind.

Switzerland secured their place in the knockouts of their home tournament thanks to some stoppage-time drama. Their 1-1 draw against Finland was just enough to secure progression, but they needed a 92nd-minute equaliser to do it, resulting in heartbreak for the Finnish side.

Viola Calligaris played the entire match for the Swiss, while Alisha Lehmann came on as a substitute in the final stages to help push for the equaliser.

THE BIANCONERE ON THE PITCH TODAY

On Friday, July 11, the teams in Group B will be in action for the final matchday, which means Italy’s fate will be decided.

A host of Juventus players will hope to play their part for the Azzurre, such as Cristiana Girelli, Martina Lenzini, Cecilia Salvai, Lisa Boattin, Barbara Bonansea, Eva Schatzer, Valentina Bergamaschi and new signing Michela Cambiaghi.

Italy face Spain at 21:00 CEST, knowing that a win or a draw will see them reach the quarter-finals. A defeat would leave them vulnerable, as Portugal will play Belgium knowing that there is a chance of moving level on four points with Italy in second place. Should both teams end the night on four points, the side with the better goal difference would join Spain in the quarter-finals.
