West Ham United have reportedly rejected a transfer offer from Chelsea this window and The Blues even have two players in said deal.
This news comes after Chelsea finally confirmed the arrival of striker Liam Delap from Ipswich Town on Wednesday after days of us knowing it was a done deal!
Delap arrives at the club on a 6-year contract and Chelsea are paying the £30m release clause to sign which in reality, is an absolutely bargain in this day and age.
Chelsea fans know they have a top new talent coming in here, one that is still a bit raw and still developing, but one who has an incredibly high ceiling and so many top attributes for a number 9.
Chelsea are going nuts right now in the transfer market. A different day and a different crazy story comes out from nowhere.

Yesterday it was Mike Maignan news that went wild, and that one pretty much is up in the air right now we do not know what is going on with contrasting news all coming out. The latest is that there are going to be new talks today.
West Ham have rejected a player-plus-cash deal from Chelsea for Mohammed Kudus, states the report today.
Chelsea were willing to offer the likes of Robert Sanchez and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in exchange for the attacking midfielder.
I honestly don’t see this one going anywhere at all to be honest – he is too expensive and I can’t see that West Ham will even consider selling him to Chelsea.
