Vinícius Jr. sends message to Real Madrid fans ahead of Atlético clash | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. has on Sunday issued something of a rallying cry to the club’s supporters.

This, of course, comes fresh off an outing to forget for Carlo Ancelotti’s troops on Saturday.

After making the trip to Seville for a La Liga meeting with Real Betis, a weakened Blancos XI found themselves condemned to the wrong side of a 2-1 result.

Amongst those to struggle badly over the 90 minutes was the aforementioned Vinícius, who was guilty of surrendering possession time and time again in the final third.

This confidence blow could not have come at a much worse time for Real Madrid, ahead of a derby showdown with city rivals Atlético in the Champions League in midweek.

As alluded to above, on Sunday evening, Vinícius has in turn sent a message the way of the Spanish champions’ fans.

Taking to his official ‘X’ account, the Brazilian wrote:

‘A bad game yesterday for everyone, but that’s it!!!! Let Tuesday be CRAZY AT THE BERNABÉU!! We need you!!!!! See you there!!!!!!!!’
