Newcastle's youngsters opened the two-day invitational tournament with a 2-1 win against Hull City on Saturday morning before claiming a 4-0 victory against Burnley.
After a 5-0 triumph against German outfit Stuttgart, United suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat against Heart of Midlothian but finished the group stage with a 2-0 victory against Rangers.
United's under-14s, who won the Hale End Cup in February, faced Hearts in Sunday's final and lifted the trophy in terrific fashion following a 4-0 victory.
Bradley Walton and Charlie Robinson both finished as the competition's joint-top goalscorers after netting four goals.
Gregg Ryder, Newcastle United Under-14s Lead Coach, said: “We are delighted to have won the Black and White Cup. The lads have shown a great mentality and real growth in recent weeks to produce excellent performances, not just in the tournament this weekend but also in training and across the season too.
“I’d like to extend a big thank you to all the teams who participated this weekend. The competition was outstanding and everyone who took part contributed to what was a truly memorable weekend of football. Also, a special thank you to the operations team behind the tournament and all the staff members who gave their time to help create a fantastic atmosphere for everyone to be apart of.
“International tournaments like these are vital for the development of our Academy. They provide our young players with invaluable experience, exposing them to different playing styles and challenges that help shape their skills and character, both on and off the pitch. This is the kind of foundation that prepares them to represent Newcastle United at the highest levels in the future."
