Udinese and Watford are reportedly working in synergy for the €5m purchase of Odense BK captain Luca Kjerrumgaard, who was also linked with Torino.
According to Tipsbladet, the centre-forward would be officially bought by the Serie A side and then immediately sent out on loan to the English club.
The cost of the operation would be circa €5m and he could have his medical in England this weekend.

This is going to be a loan first to Watford, with obligation to buy.
It is hardly the first time these two sides have worked together on transfers, as they have for many years both been owned by the Pozzo family.
Kjerrumgaard has also been linked with a Serie A move before, as Torino had shown a strong interest in the striker only a couple of weeks ago.
The 22-year-old is a product of the Odense youth academy and has four caps for Denmark at Under-21 level, where he scored one goal.
He found the back of the net a total 22 goals with seven assists in 29 competitive games for Odense last season.
