There are some attractive but tough home ties for underdogs against strong third-tier opposition, particularly with East Midlands League Asfordby Amateurs facing Wolves, while Boldmere are one division below high-flying visitors Nottingham Forest.

High-scoring Wythenshawe who have netted 45 times in eight North West League fixtures, go up against FAWNL Division 1 North leaders Middlesbrough

Saltash United have won all their games to date in the South West League but will be put to the test by FA WNL Division 1 South West title-chasing AFC Bournemouth, who are two tiers their senior.

Among the well-placed fourth-tier sides, those hoping to show their third-tier credentials are Peterborough United home to Billericay, Leafield Athletic at Derby County and Actonians with the toughest tie of the three at Oxford United.

AFC Wimbledon welcome Watford just four days after winning 1-0 away to them in the league, while MK Dons will be bracing themselves for the trip to Ipswich Town having gone down to a 13-0 defeat there in the FAWNL just last weekend.

There is £6,000 for winning teams and £1,500 for eliminated sides from the competition prize fund at this stage.
