Barcelona star Lamine Yamal was in understandably confident mood, on the back of his side’s victory over Real Madrid on Saturday.

Barcelona are of course fresh off adding to their silverware haul for the campaign.

After making the trip to Seville for a Copa del Rey finale showdown with arch rivals Real Madrid, the Blaugrana recovered from a goal down, to ultimately triumph emerge on the right side of a 3-2 result.

This means that Hansi Flick’s troops have now bested their Clásico rivals on three straight occasions this season.

And quick to highlight as much on the back of the full-time whistle on Saturday was the aforementioned Lamine Yamal.

After laying on a pair of assists amid a starring performance against Real Madrid, the 17-year-old was in no mood to bite his tongue post-match:

“Even if we concede one goal, no problem. Even if we concede two goals, it’s still no problem. This year, they simply can’t beat us. We’ve proven that. I’m really happy. Visca Barça!”
