A Supercomputer has predicted it’s final Premier League table today and it isn’t the best news for Chelsea fans who are hoping for a good end.

Things are not going well for Chelsea right now as we get past the Christmas period, with defeat to Brighton twice in a row in the last couple of games.

Chelsea’s defeat against Brighton on Friday night has been named as the ‘worst performance’ under Enzo Maresca so far, and they are not wrong with that analysis at all.

There has been plenty of debate over who is to blame for how bad Chelsea are right now, with fingers being pointed at not just Maresca, but at the sporting directors who built this squad, as well as directly at the club owners. And the stats have backed up that all three have to share the blame right now.

Enzo Maresca and his Chelsea players will need to turn things around and try for a good end to the season now.

Chelsea finish 5th

A 5th finish in the Premier League this season will not guarantee Champions League football, but it is likely that they will get it.

So in that sense, Chelsea finishing 5th will be good, but only IF they can get that as a Champions League place. Finishing in top four would guarantee it.

So the Supercomputer, as reported by The Sun, predicting Chelsea to finish 5th this season is not THE best news for Blues fans.

However, in the grand scheme of things, they would probably take that right now and if they can somehow manage to get into the UCL, that would be great.
