Stephan El Shaarawy is unlikely to recover from the latest injury suffered in the match against Monza.
Almost three weeks later, the winger is still on the sidelines nursing a strained calf muscle.

As reported by Il Tempo, Roma were hoping to have him back to their disposal for the upcoming Europa League fixture with Dinamo Kiev.
However, El Shaarawy is still feeling pain and discomfort and will probably have to forfeit this match too after having been ruled out for the weekend showdown with Inter.
