Tottenham are aiming to secure their place in next season's Europa League when they visit Sheffield United to conclude their campaign on Sunday afternoon.

Many Spurs supporters were quick to rid themselves of the memories of Tuesday night; one where some were actively cheering against the Lilywhites in a bid to derail Arsenal's Premier League title challenge.

Manchester City's 2-0 victory in N17 means the Cityzens take a two-point lead heading into the final day.

Chris Basham is a long-term absentee for the Blades, with Wilder potentially without John Egan again on Sunday due to a calf problem.

A thigh injury is likely to rule George Baldock out, while Oli McBurnie, Rhys Norrington Davies, Tom Davies and Daniel Jebbison are all set to be absent.

Tottenham's injury list has grown once more in recent weeks, with Yves Bissouma the latest to join the treatment table.

Bissouma, Timo Werner, Destiny Udogie, Ben Davies and Richarlison will all miss Sunday's trip to Bramall Lane.

Postecoglou is also without Ryan Sessegnon, Manor Solomon and Fraser Forster for the final game of the season.

Spurs have struggled down the stretch amid a tough schedule and it'd be fitting if they were beaten on Sunday after their manager complained about the club's fragility.

However, Spurs produced a fine performance against City, with Postecoglou finally changing tack in regards to system and personnel, and such alterations should have greater success against an inferior team. Tottenham might threaten a final day defeat, but they'll eventually get over the line.
