Serie A reveal fixture arrangement for 2024/25 season | OneFootball

Ahead of Thursday’s fixture announcement, the dates for the new Serie A season have been published with Italy’s top-flight kicking off on the weekend of August 18.

There will be four breaks in the calendar for international commitments – 08/09/2024, 13/10/2024, 17/11/2024 and 23/03/2025 and there will be only one round of midweek matches, played on October 30.

There will be no winter break next season, with matches also scheduled to be played over the Christmas and New Year periods.

The preliminary rounds of the Coppa Italia will take place next month from August 4, with the final once again being played at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on May 14.

The weekend match schedules have also been announced, with the majority following the criteria below (all kick-off times are CET);

Friday evening, kick-off 20.45 x 1

Saturday afternoon, kick-off 15.00  x1

Saturday evening, kick-off 18.00  x 1

Saturday evening, kick-off 20.45 x 1

Sunday lunchtime, kick-off 12.30  x 1
