Paulo Fonseca is dealing with Milan’s selection crisis in attack, so Alex Jimenez will likely start as a left winger against Paulo Dybala’s Roma.
It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 GMT). Football Italia will be among the accredited media at San Siro.
Milan coach Fonseca revealed on Saturday that USMNT star Christian Pulisic had suffered an injury setback, forcing him out of action against the Giallorossi.
Rafael Leao is also on the treatment table, and the same is true of Noah Okafor, Yunus Musah, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Alessandro Florenzi.

Theo Hernandez will return to the line-up after starting the last two games on the bench. Filippo Terracciano will begin again in central midfield and Jimenez will be used as a left winger.
Bryan Cristante is the only unavailable player for Roma, and the Giallorossi coach, Claudio Ranieri, seems to have just one doubt, which is whether to start Stephan El Shaarawy in attack or Niccolò Pisilli as a third central midfielder.
As per Sky Sport Italia, the latter is the favourite for a starting spot at San Siro tonight.
The San Siro showdown will be shown live on TNT Sports 1 and OneFootball in the UK and Paramount+ in the USA. The Italian broadcaster showing the match live in the Peninsula is DAZN.
