Serginho claims Ancelotti is a ‘great fortune’ for any club: “A big difference” | OneFootball

Carlo Ancelotti’s name has emerged in the AC Milan managerial conversation once again, and there is a chance the current Real Madrid coach returns home.

In recent years, there has always been a lingering ‘What if?’ feeling about Ancelotti returning one day, perhaps at the end of his spell in Madrid. So, with his job seemingly done in Spain, talk of a return is flying once again.

A few clubs are seemingly flirting with the idea, but it would seem that Milan and Roma represent the best chances of any clubs, whilst the Brazilian National Team remains a valid and very present idea for the coach.

Reminiscing on his former coach, Serginho spoke about the qualities of Ancelotti this afternoon to Radio Serie A, and his words have been relayed by Milan News.

“Carlo is definitely not someone who worked on the tactical part like Zaccheroni, but he has an impressive eye. He is someone who sees matches like few coaches in the world, but not only that.

“He has a big difference: he is someone who knows how to manage players in an impressive way, he is a psychologist, he manages to make everyone feel good, it is a great fortune for a coach to keep a group satisfied.

“He is a great football connoisseur. He has been very important not only for me, but for world football.”

Considering many of the problems this season are a result of motivation, it seems, or just mental problems generally, perhaps Ancelotti could be the Rossoneri’s cure.
