Saints negotiate price for Tyler Dibling | OneFootball

Southampton are looking for at least £45 million for Tyler Dibling after turning down a bid from Everton.

The Toffees had placed a £40 million for the teenager which was rebuffed by the Championship side.

According to David Ornstein of The Athletic, the Saints came back to Everton with a proposal for £45 million with a further £5 million in add-ons and a 25% sell-on fee. David Moyes' side are expected to look elsewhere as they look to reinforce their attacking line-up this summer.

Previous reports last season had stated that Southampton wanted £100 million but with the player now having just two years left on his deal that valuation has gone down.

Dibling played 38 times for Southampton in all competitions last season, scoring four times and assisting twice.
