Saelemaekers catches Premier League’s attention

Alexi Saelemaekers excellent season with Roma has caused him to fall on the radar of Premier League clubs.

The Belgian winger appears to have convinced Roma to try and sign him on a permanent deal from Milan.

However, this will not be easy as the player seems to have caught the attention of other top clubs in Europe.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest in particular have come forward for Saelemaekers.

Roma are hoping to convince Milan to let him go, but a lot will depend on Tammy Abraham’s future: the Englishman has disappointed since joining the Rossoneri and is unlikely to stay in Milan, making Saelemaekers’ transfer to the capital more complicated.
