Manchester United remain actively trying to offload their outcast/out-of-favour players before 2025/2026 gets underway.
As things stand, they have yet to sanction even one outgoing since the window opened, whilst they’ve only facilitated one signing in the form of Matheus Cunha.
With just over a month to go until the new campaign kicks off, fans are taken aback at how little INEOS are doing on the market – and you’d imagine Ruben Amorim is feeling the most aggrieved of everyone.
It was revealed last week that five Reds had informed the board of their desire to leave this summer; Antony, Alejandro Garnacho, Marcus Rashford, Tyrell Malacia, and Jadon Sancho have all likely played their final games for the club.
United decided to delay their pre-season training return dates to the end of the month, as opposed to the rest of the squad, who reported to Carrington on Monday.
Of the quintet, it’s thought Jadon Sancho will be the first out the door as he pushes behind the scenes for a move to Juventus.

When Chelsea opted against paying the winger’s £25 million buy obligation at the end of his loan spell, United were again tasked with finding a solution for Sancho.
His continued substandard showings have meant there’s little interest in the 25-year-old; he did look marginally better throughout his season-long stint at Stamford Bridge, although his performances still ultimately left much to be desired.
The current concrete clubs believed to be interested in taking Sancho on board are Fenerbahce, Napoli and Juventus, with only the latter actually materialising their interest by reaching out to his agent.
Napoli’s Sporting Director spoke out to notify fans that the side wouldn’t be pursuing a deal with the wages Sancho was demanding, while Jose Mourinho reportedly vetoed Fenerbahce’s potential bid.
Even still, there is a long way to go before the forward makes the switch to Turin. Fabrizio Romano confirmed late on Wednesday evening that, despite current speculation doing the rounds, Juventus and United have not been in contact to negotiate his transfer.
“Juventus have not sent any formal bid to Man United for Jadon Sancho so far despite reports,” said Romano.
“No club-to-club negotiations; talks took place with Jadon’s agents last week as Juve confirmed no intention to cover Jadon’s salary.”
