Roma are planning their long-term future with a priority set on the appointment of the club’s next manager.
With Claudio Ranieri set to abandon his post as head coach of the team by the end of the season, Roma want to ensure the transition to the next coach to be as smooth as possible.
According to Calciomercato.com, the capital club will try and bring in a top level coach, with the Friedkins personally involved in the discussions to select the next manager, together with Ranieri himself and Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi.
The news portal states that Massimiliano Allegri, Carlo Ancelotti and Gian Piero Gasperini are the top names on Roma’s shortlist.
The Giallorossi will do everything it takes to secure one of these three candidates ahead of next season.
