Serie A giants Roma have sealed three signings on the transfer deadline day, with Salzburg’s Lucas Gourna-Douath also arriving today.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report that an agreement for the midfielder was reached some minutes ago, with the Frenchman set to arrive on an initial loan deal with the option to buy.
The 21-year-old is essentially a replacement for Enzo le Fee and he will arrive in Rome later today to undergo a medical and then sign with the Giallorossi. Milan were also interested in the player but Roma moved for him after Nottingham Forest rejected an approach for Elliot Anderson.
He will arrive in the city after fellow new arrival Anass Salah-Eddine, who is joining on an initial loan deal with the obligation to buy. Victor Nelsson has already joined the club after the move was sealed late on Sunday. The sale of Bryan Cristante to Fiorentina is still possible.
