Roma have once again set their sights on Marseille defender Leonardo Balerdi.
The Argentine centreback had been linked with the Giallorossi in January.

However, Marseille’s demands caused Roma to turn to other targets.
The club’s interest in Balerdi remains, as reported by calciomercato.it.
Balerdi is in fact considered compatible with Gian Piero Gasperini’s system.
But Roma are no longer the only Italian club to express interest in Balerdi: Juventus have also come forward for him.
As things stand, Marseille have raised the player’s pricetag to 40 million euros.
