Manchester City have received their 2025/26 Premier League fixture schedule after the confirmation of the upcoming campaign’s calendar on Wednesday.

City will be bidding to win a fifth Premier League title in six seasons and reclaim the trophy from Liverpool, who were comfortable winners last season and did not receive a challenge as neither of Arsenal or Manchester City hit their usual stride.

Rayan Ait-Nouri, Marcus Bettinelli, Tijjani Reijnders and Rayan Cherki have all arrived and have flown to the United States as part of the FIFA Club World Cup, which kicks off on Wednesday as City face Wydad AC in Philadelphia.

The quartet of new signings could all make their Manchester City debuts and fans will also be licking their lips at the prospect of Ballon d’Or winner Rodri getting some minutes in the locker after a lengthy spell on the sidelines courtesy of an ACL injury.

City have gotten a large chunk of their transfer business out of the way and outgoings are expected to dominate the headlines between now and the conclusion of the Club World Cup – after Napoli confirmed the signing of Kevin De Bruyne last week.

Kyle Walker is expected to find a new club after being told he has no future at the Etihad Stadium as he enters the final year of his contract. The 35-year-old spent the second half of the recent campaign on loan at AC Milan.

Jack Grealish is fighting for his England career and has been told by Three Lions boss Thomas Tuchel that he needs to be playing regularly for his club to stake a claim in the England squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Kalvin Phillips is also surplus to requirements – and like Walker and Grealish – has also been left out of the Club World Cup squad. The 29-year-old spent the recent season on loan at Ipswich Town and also needs a fresh start after three years in a Manchester City shirt.

And as attentions begin to firmly focus in on the start of the brand new English football season, Manchester City’s own schedule for the 2025/26 Premier League campaign has surfaced following confirmation from the top-flight.
