Multiple reports this evening claim that the Pozzo family have agreed to sell Udinese to an American company for €150m, ending their 39 years in charge.
RAI had started the rumour, which quickly spread to the likes of Sport Mediaset, Il Sole 24 Ore and Il Gazzettino newspaper.
News agency ANSA tried speaking to representatives at Udinese, who would not comment, pointing towards an imminent announcement.
The reports suggest the sale is worth €150m and the club is purchased by an American company.

It would be a huge shake up of the Calcio scene, considering the Pozzo family have been at the helm of Udinese for almost four decades.
They also had several other satellite clubs over the years, including Watford in England and Granada in Spain.
Giampaolo and Gino Pozzo took charge of the Serie A club in 1986, after the team was swept up in a betting scandal.
The Friulani have finished mid-table in Serie A this season and their stadium will host the UEFA Super Cup in August between Tottenham Hotspur and either Inter or Paris Saint-Germain.
